Drop offCollection
We would ideally like your caravan to be dropped off on the morning of appointment as close to 8.30 as possible. Late arrivals can be easily accommodated so please arrange this in advance with service reception.When your caravan is ready to be collected we will call to arrange a suitable time. If your caravan cannot be collected on the day of repair please advise our reception of your collection plans. For security reasons caravan collections must be arranged in advance please.
Special arrangements
If you are unable to drop or collect your caravan during workshop opening times we can accommodate a limited number of caravans to be dropped/collected on Saturday mornings. This is strictly by appointment and must be arranged in advance with service reception.
Collections 10-11. Drop off 11-12.
Caravan Contents
Please ensure your caravan is completely empty of all personal items. We will not require your water containers, corner steady brace or step to carry out the service. You may leave your gas cylinder and 230v cable in the caravan. Please ensure your toilet is clean and the holding tank is empty thank you.
Liability
Our insurance will cover your caravan while being towed or worked on by Duncan Caravans. Customers who are unable to drop off on the day of repair or collect their caravan on completion must ensure they have sufficient insurance cover while their caravan is parked within our compound.
